Thank you for shopping at Jr's Western Store! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more within the contiguous United States on ready to ship items, request a quote has different rates. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damages & Lost Packages Jr's Western Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
