At Jr's Western Store, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All exchange requests must be approved before any items are shipped back to us.

To request an exchange, please call us at 417-532-1799 or email us. Photos of the item are required to verify it is unworn and in original condition before your exchange is approved.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. All shipping costs — both return and replacement — are the customer's responsibility and will be invoiced separately before your exchange item is shipped out.

Closeout & Final Sale Items

Items marked as closeout or final sale cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Out of Stock & Discontinued Items

If you send an item back for an approved exchange and your requested size or style is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the value of that item.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, screen settings, and lighting. We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see on your screen.
